Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, Columbus, and the mall and restaurants. The breakfast was great with a lot of food, everybody can choose. Excellent service, even though a few employees were horribly rude.

I had a cozy stay in a King Room, Non-Smoking, and I really appreciated the nice desk and comfortable chair in my room. The pool area was a perfect spot for relaxation after a long day, and I enjoyed the lovely sitting area for breakfast. I wish I had woken up earlier to enjoy breakfast before it closed, so make sure to set your alarm! 😊

I rented a jacuzzi room ... As soon as I walked in the door I checked the tub it was nasty and took housekeeping 2 hours to come clean and the half ass did their job . I will.never stay in another room there again

I stayed in the King Room with Tub, and it was pretty spacious and functional. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I liked that the room was clean and had nice amenities. The view from the window was relaxing too. No complaints about noise, it was pretty quiet at night, nice.

What a comfortable stay in Columbus, GA! I chose this property via Booked.net when planning our trip to Ft Benning for a long weekend visit with my son. Friendly/helpful staff, clean room, nice outdoor pool for relaxing after a busy day, conveniently located (don't forget to stop by GA visitors center across the street for very helpful information and ideas!). Overall a very comfortable stay for myself and children 19 and 16.

My only suggestion is that they check and replenish the continental breakfast buffet. Some items (especially fresh fruit) were gone even when an hour was left of serving time.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated the comfortable bedding. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, and my experience with the front desk staff could have been more positive. Just keep in mind the potential for some maintenance issues.

The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and it was nice to have a clean room . A lack of cold water for washing hands proved inconvenient, with dirty carpets and a broken vending machine reflecting a need for maintenance. Breakfast was just okay, with limited options and stale bread.

Staff was friendly

The air conditioner was not on in our room upon our arrival. It was probably 85 degrees in our room and took several hours to cool down.

Price was good, and front desk staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was not so good, rather bland and mushy. Room had an odd smell to it, and there was a wet spot on carpet next to bed...not sure what it was, but we did not ask to move, just dealt with it.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Poor breakfast options with stale items. Definitely needs better maintenance in common areas.
